Description

Part Time Finance Officer responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting financial reports
• Preparation of the monthly payroll
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Ensure the appropriate VAT treatment is applied to all transactions
• Contributing to financial strategy and decision-making processes
• Supporting the development of accounting & finance department
• Participating in audits and liaising with external auditors
• Assisting in the implementation of financial systems and processes
• Manage the work of the Accounts Payable Assistant

Profile

A successful Part Time Finance Officer should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial software applications
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• High level of integrity and dependability
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
