Part-time Finance Officer

MLC Partners are recruiting for a InterimPart-Time Finance Officer to help manage budgets, process payments, and support the smooth financial running within a primary school.

Hours: Flexible, part-time (approx. 21hrs/week)
Location: North London (Hackney/Dalston area)
Pay: up to £25/hr (considering both inside/outside ir35)

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations

• Support budget planning and reporting

• Process invoices, post journals, and petty cash

• Provide occassional reception/admin support

You’ll need:

• Finance/accounting experience (school or public sector a MUST)

• Successful applicants must have a valid enhanced DBS

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• A friendly, proactive approach

• Proficiency in finance software (Access Financials)
