Part-time Finance-Office Assistant

Is music your passion? (not essential)

Do you have experience of basic accounts?

This is a unique Part Time opportunity with our client who handles confidential aspects for clients in the music industry

The role will be 16-20 hours a week (poss 4-5 hours a day ) or even over 4 days a week

This small friendly established team is looking for the next 'cog’ in their wheel.

What your day may look like - (no day will be the same)

Essentially you MUST have some basic Bookkeeping experience such as -

• Knowledge of Xero
• Invoicing
• Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Bank Reconciliations

But you may also be involved in ad hoc office tasks such as -

• Stock checking their room full of merchandise
• A run to the post office
• Any ad hoc task during quiet times

If you only want to be involved with accounts, this role probably isn’t for you.
