As the first finance hire in a small but growing company, you'll need to be hands-on and comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As Financial Controller, you'll lead the financial management of the company and provide strategic guidance to support sustainable growth. You'll work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team to ensure financial integrity while aligning financial strategies with the broader company goals.

What is required:

• Experience as a Finance Manager / Financial Controller in an SME environment.

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or QBE (Qualified by Experience).

• Comfortable and confident working in a lean team, and for the time being, as the sole person in finance.

• A strategic thinker who is equally happy to be hands-on.
