Description

• Oversee all company accounts and investments.
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
• Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
• Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
• Work with senior teams to grow the business by formulating strategies and plans.

Profile

A successful 'Part Time Financial Controller' should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• Proficient in financial software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in financial data and reporting.
• Strategic Thinker: Proactively translate financial insights into strategic business decisions.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £42,600 (pro rata) (£71,000 FTE)
• Minimum of three days per week in the office, the role offers flexible working hours.
• Annual leave: 25 days paid leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays, and a paid day off for your birthday.
