My client is looking for a part-time Financial Controller to take charge of its finance function and support the leadership team with key business decisions. It's a hands-on role in a small, friendly team where you'll manage everything from budgets to reporting.

Profile

• Ideally manufacturing experience but not essential

• Be confident working in a small, hands-on finance team

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Communicate clearly and effectively with both finance and non-finance colleagues

• Show a passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency

• Be comfortable leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

• Be proactive in streamlining processes and using financial systems effectively

Job Offer

- Salary: Full Time Equivalent: £45,000 - £55,000

- Company bonus scheme

- Hybrid working
