Part Time Financial Controller

Part Time FC - £4m Membership Organisation - corporate and individual membership, conferences and events, training courses and advertising - is seeking a hands-on Part Time Financial Controller / Head of Finance to report to the MD and the Board.

Working part time, 3 - 4 days or short hours across 5 days (one day in the office in London), the role will involve:

• Oversee a team of three finance staff covering ledgers and credit control
• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance analysis
• Lead the annual budgeting process and reforecasting every quarter
• Manage month end and balance sheet reconciliations on Xero
• Statutory work including VAT, PAYE, external audit liaison
• Review and development of financial systems, procedures and controls
• Liaise with department heads, MD, CEO and the Board

The role requires a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACMA).

One day in the office in London and the remainder can be from home.
