Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role where you can make a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part Time Care Professional to join our team in Northwich, Knutsford and surrounding areas. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide personalised person centred care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist clients with their daily routines and personal care needs
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and tidying
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for clients
• Support clients with medication reminders as directed
• Accompany clients to appointments or on short outings when required
• Have the use of your own Motor vehicle
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care coordinator
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Adapt to changing client needs and preferences with flexibility and understanding

• Previous care experience in either paid or family support roles (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to assist clients with daily tasks and mobility
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in improving the lives of others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends and adapt to clients' schedules
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Residence within a 10 mile distance of Northwich, United Kingdom
• Access to own motorised transport for travelling between clients
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for maintaining care records
• Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development in the care sector
