The Role:

• You will be responsible for planning, delivering and marking engaging Geography lessons for a variety of year groups.


• A strong focus on creating stimulating learning experiences that foster a deep understanding of geographical concepts and the world around us.


• You will effectively assess student progress, providing targeted support and challenge to ensure all students reach their full potential.


• Contributing to the development of a stimulating and inclusive curriculum that ignites a passion for Geography.


• Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Humanities department to share best practice.

The Candidate:

• A qualified teacher with a strong track record of success in Geography education.


• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students about the world.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.


• Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued.


• Experience with a range of teaching and learning strategies, including effective use of technology.
