Tradewind recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted Rated 'Good' Secondary School in the L17 area. We are looking for an experienced and flexible Head of Music to join our well-regarded secondary school in the L17 area. This is a part-time position (26 periods per fortnight) beginning in September 2025. The role will suit a passionate music educator with prior leadership experience who can inspire students and lead the department effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience teaching Music at secondary level
• Previous middle leadership or HoD experience (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
