Part Time HR Administrator

Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a part-time role where you can make a real contribution to a busy HR team? Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to provide hands-on support across a broad range of HR activity.

Job Title: Part Time HR Administrator

Location: Ascot

Salary: £15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

General HR administration and support
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
Preparing HR documentation and correspondence
Supporting new starter and onboarding processes
Assisting with recruitment administration
Managing holiday and absence records
Supporting with payroll administration and payroll queries
Collating payroll information and ensuring details are accurate and submitted on time
Dealing with employee benefits queries and supporting benefits administration
Responding to general HR queries
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Handling confidential employee information appropriately

About You

Previous HR administration or relevant office administration experience
Ideally some experience supporting payroll and employee benefits
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office
Professional and approachable manner
