Looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make an impact?  We’re hiring a HR Assistant to join a friendly, close-knit team in Blandford.  No prior HR experience?  No problem!  If you’re an organised people-person with strong administrative skills, we want to hear from you.

This permanent, part-time role (15 hours per week) offers flexibility, ideally spread across Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and will be supporting a small but dedicated team that keeps everything running smoothly.

As the HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with HR system updates (starters, leavers, probation reviews)
• Helping with payroll amendments and resolving queries
• Organising training sessions and supporting HR-related meetings
• Coordinating investigations, hearings, and employee communications
• Supporting with various HR administration tasks as needed

As the HR Assistant, your skills and experience will include:

• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Being a proactive, organised individual with the ability to pick things up quickly
• Thriving in a team environment
