Part Time HR Manager

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a dynamic organisation on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the HR function, working closely with managers and employees to provide practical, hands-on support.

£40,000 - £50,000 pro rata (negotiable) | North Wales | Permanent | 2-3 days per week

Working 2-3 days per week, you'll play a key role in delivering the full spectrum of HR support. You'll lead on recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits, as well as ensuring HR policies, systems, and processes are up to date and effective.

This is a hands-on position, where being present and visible across the business is key. You'll work directly with managers to provide advice, guidance, and support on a wide range of HR matters.

• Delivering expert HR advice and support across the business.

• Leading recruitment campaigns and supporting effective onboarding.

• Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries.

• Developing HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and legislation.

• Experienced HR professional with strong generalist knowledge.

• CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).

• Confident in advising managers at all levels.

• Hands-on, approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience implementing HR systems is desirable but not essential.

• Full driving licence and ability to travel across sites as required.

• Competitive pro-rata salary (£40,000 - £50,000 FTE, negotiable).
