Part time, Lunch time Teaching Assistant

Hays Education are working with a primary school in Formby that is looking for a part-time teaching assistant to join their team. This job will start in September and is a long-term job.

Your new role
Working hours - 11:00-13:00
Monday-Friday
10 hours per week

This role will involve working as a teaching assistant at school lunchtime to support, look after and supervise the children. This will include managing behaviour, safeguarding, support for pupils with SEN needs.

This job will start in September and is long-term for the full school year.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need a DBS on the update service as well as:

• Level 1 teaching assistant qualification/ equivalent
• Previous experience as a lunchtime teaching assistant or similar
• Previous experience working with children/in a school
• Availability for a trial in the next couple of weeks
