Job Description - Part Time Marketing Administrator

Part Time Marketing Administrator
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £28,000 pro rata
Hours: Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday (school hours 9.30am - 2.30pm)

About the Role: Working closely with the Operations Director, this role is a blend of marketing support and administration - ideal for someone who loves variety, can manage multiple projects, and thrives in a creative but structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and scheduling engaging marketing content for social platforms including LinkedIn and company websites.
• Writing copy for brochures, blogs, and printed material.
• Ensuring timely delivery of content via Hootsuite.
• Supporting delegate communications for awards and events.
• Assisting with marketing campaign ideas and development.
• Producing event collateral and promotional materials.
• Providing administrative support to the wider team.

About You:

• Previous experience in marketing, communications or events is essential.
• Outstanding written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Confident using Excel, Outlook, and ideally Adobe Suite (not essential).
• A proactive and positive team player with strong time management skills.
• Happy to be based in the office - this is not a hybrid role.
• Looking for a long-term, part-time position that fits around school hours.
