Part-Time Marketing and Comms lead

I am looking for a PT Marketing and Comms lead to join a company with nearly 40 years experience in their field for 3 full days of work or spread of 5 ( during school hours)…whichever works best for you! This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of their communication strategies, event planning, and brand management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Provide regular project progress updates, including photography and case studies.

•    Share company news across various platforms such as the website, social media, newsletters, and word of mouth.

•    Manage photographers, photography schedules, and the image portfolio.

•    Conduct ongoing reviews of all documents for brand alliance purposes.

•    Monitor business activities, focusing on key areas such as social value, apprentice and trainee schemes, workforce training events etc

•    Generate, design, draft, and distribute quarterly newsletter content.

•    Liaise with all areas of the company to create a cohesive communication line between office, site, and different departments.

•    Coordinate and promote charitable giving initiatives.

•    Liaise with clients regarding hospitality, gifts, sponsorships, social value, client feedback, and new business opportunities.

•    Deliver the company Garden Party, managing budget, third-party vendors, health and safety, Temporary Events Notice, food and drink, and more.

•    Plan and execute multiple internal and external events, including Wimbledon, shooting days, wellness events, Christmas and summer parties.

•    Administer the client database and manage extensive Christmas gift distribution.
