Job Description - Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Executive

The position is based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, offering flexible part-time hours to be agreed. The pay rate ranges from £15–£18 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow the company LinkedIn page
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
* Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
* Produce case studies, news articles, and company updatesUpdate website content and ensure information remains current
* Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility
* Monitor website and social media analytics
* Create basic marketing materials and graphics
* Work closely with management to promote products, services, and achievements
Essential Skills & Attributes:
* Previous experience within marketing, social media, or digital marketing
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
* Experience managing LinkedIn business accounts
* Knowledge of website content management systems
* Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools (advantageous)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
The Successful Candidate Will Have Experience In:
* Developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns
* Managing social media accounts to drive engagement
* Creating written and visual marketing content
* Updating and maintaining website content
* Working both independently and collaboratively within a team
