Part Time Merchandising Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation based in Leeds, on a part-time, Fixed Term Contract basis.

Working days for this role will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and the contract is likely to be for 9-12 months.

About the role:

• Offering support and assistant with multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Stock management.
• Order fulfilment, stock status, reporting, and monitoring.
• Send weekly status reports.
• Liaising with external suppliers and freight agencies regarding delivery updates and timescales.
• General administration support.

About you

• Ability to easily build relationships with colleagues and external organisations.
• Ability to multitask, in a methodical way.
• Experience of using Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing market.
• A strong communicator with excellent organisation skills.
• Ideally you will have merchandising knowledge, however applications from experienced Administrators may be considered.
