Lovely Long-Term Nanny Role in Leigh-on-Sea Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays

Days: Tuesday and/or Wednesday (8:30am-5:30pm)
Location: Leigh-on-Sea (SS9) Salary Rate depending on experience
Child/Children: One bright and affectionate 14-month-old girl

Happy Nest is delighted to be working with a wonderful family in Leigh-on-Sea who are seeking an experienced, kind-hearted nanny for their 14-month-old daughter. This is a long-term role for a nanny who is passionate about forming a warm, supportive partnership with a family and growing with them over time.

The family are open to candidates who can work one day (Tuesday and/or Wednesday), depending on your availability and fit but can extend this to two days for the right person if extra hours are required. They've had a nanny before and truly value the role a great nanny plays in their childs life.

About the Role:
Youll be caring for a sweet and curious little girl who loves outdoor adventures, cuddling her teddies, and reading stories. Shes an adventurous eater, and Mum would really appreciate someone who enjoys cooking varied and nutritious meals. Your day will involve:

• Engaging play and support through her wake windows
• Taking her to activities locally around her interests
• Confidently settling her for naps
• Preparing fresh meals
• Childrens laundry and ironing
• Keeping play areas clean and tidy
• Running small errands as needed

The Ideal Nanny Will Have:

• A minimum of 5 years' nanny experience, ideally with toddlers
• A genuine passion for working with children
• A recognised childcare qualification
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate
• Excellent checkable references
• A warm, calm, and confident approach

The family has a cleaner and a cat, and one parent works from home full-time, so youll need to be comfortable working alongside them when needed.

This is a truly lovely role for a nanny who is looking to form a meaningful, long-term bond with a supportive family and make a real difference in a little ones early years.
