As we enter the busiest season in New Homes sales, we are seeking a confident, customer-focused experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to help aid the team at a prestigious development in North Wiltshire. This part-time role (2-3 days per week) offers a competitive day rate and is perfect for experienced individuals with a background in property sales looking to continue their career in a high-end development.

• Welcome and guide prospective buyers on site

• Conduct viewings and highlight key features of available homes

• Manage enquiries and follow up with potential purchasers

• Assist with sales progression and administrative duties

• Maintain the presentation of the marketing suite and show homes

• Accurately update CRM systems and report to the wider team

• Strong background in the property industry, ideally New Homes

• Polished, professional, and personable

• Able to work independently and use initiative

• Flexible availability, including weekends where required

• Reliable transport to commute to the North Wiltshire area

• £12.50 - £14 per hour
