Job Description - Part Time Office Coordinator - 12 month FTC

Job Title: Part Time Office Coordinator
Location: City Centre, Bristol
Remuneration: £27600 pro rata (£16,500 based on 22.5 hours per week)
Contract Details: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, Part-Time (22.5 hours/week, 4 days, 9am-3pm)

Join our dynamic team in the heart of Bristol! We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Coordinator to deliver a first-class workplace experience. Be the welcoming face of our organisation and ensure smooth operations in our vibrant office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort visitors, ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, set ups and hospitality arrangements.
  • Log faults and issues with the Helpdesk for prompt resolution.
  • Attend operational meetings to foster excellent communication.
  • Maintain compliance by ensuring all systems are updated and in order.
  • Liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers to enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee catering and event coordination to create memorable experiences.
  • Handle mail sorting and courier organisation efficiently.
  • Support management in external accreditation audits and compliance tasks.
