Part Time Cleaning Operative – Broadcast Centre – Here East

Working Times: 14:00 – 18:00 

Monday to Friday

Purpose of the role: 

We are seeking an experience cleaning operatives to work alongside the building cleaning team at Here East, providing cleaning services to landlord areas. Reporting into the Working Supervisor, the afternoon operative will work together with the team to deliver the required standards. 

Duties (to include but not limited to):

• Staircase Cleaning
• Corridor deep cleaning (using scrubber drier machinery)
• Reception cleaning including deep cleans to floor using machinery provided
• Common area cleaning such as meeting pods, lobbies and lifts

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience using cleaning machinery, such as scrubber driers, rotary buffing machines and carpet cleaners
• Flexibility – willingness to assist with cover of team members in the wider team
• 2 years minimum experience in cleaning 
• English language spoken 
• Proactive, with the ability to work well in a team 
• Strong communication 
• Adaptable – prepared to work across the wider cleaning team in various locations on site
