NJR Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established financial planning firm in Leeds, currently seeking a Part-Time Paraplanner to support their advisory team with high-quality technical input and suitability reporting.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to work 3 days per week, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid format depending on your preferences.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to a team of financial advisers, helping to ensure compliant, client-focused advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing suitability reports across pensions, investments, IHT and retirement planning
• Conducting technical research and preparing recommendations
• Supporting client reviews, cash flow modelling and report preparation
• Liaising with providers and advisers to obtain accurate and timely information
• Ensuring documentation and files meet FCA compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Paraplanner, ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and tax wrappers
• Confident working independently and as part of a small team
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Experience with back-office systems such as Intelligent Office is desirable
• Based within a commutable distance to Leeds (for occasional office attendance if needed)
