Job Title: Part-Time, Payroll Administrator
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (pro-rata)
Location: West Yorkshire
Hours: 18 – 22 hours per week (flexible)

JGA are working with a manufacturing SME, seeking a experienced Part time - Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently manage end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
Keep employee payroll records current and meticulously accurate.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and liaise with the HR team as needed to ensure resolution.
Support the Finance Manager and Finance Director with payroll reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in payroll administration, preferably with Sage Payroll
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality
Effective communication and organizational abilities
Capable of working independently and managing tasks efficiently within flexible working hours
