Part-Time Payroll Clerk

We are currently partnering with an industry leading organisation, who are recruiting for 2x Part-time Payroll Clerks to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This roles require either 25 or30 hours/week and daily office presence in Coventry.

The full time salary equivalent is £30,000.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Processing end-to-end payroll for approx. 380 employees monthly
• Dealing with employee shifts, absences and overtime
• Assisting with car benefits for a small fleet and processing P11Ds
• Processing new starters and leavers, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and updated accordingly
• Posting to payroll journals and producing relevant reports
• Answering and resolving payroll queries and completing manual calculations

Experience required:

• End-to-end monthly payroll experience
• Experience with processing car benefits and P11Ds is preferrable

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Good understanding of statutory deductions to include pensions and auto enrolment.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

Working hours:

• 25 or 30 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, flexible hours
