Job Description - Part-time Payroll Clerk

Joining a friendly firm of Accountants, taking responsibility for client payroll duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Collating timesheets and entering onto software
Calculation of statutory payments (SSP, SMP/SPP, etc)
Generating payslips and disbursing
Bonus / commission / holiday pay calculation
Answering client payroll queries
Liaising with HMRC as needed

The firm are ideally looking for someone to work circa 21 hours per week over 3 days, however they can be flexible if you want the hours spread over 4-5 days if that would suit. You will need experience running end to end payrolls.
