Job Title: Part-Time, Payroll Executive
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (pro-rata)
Location: West Yorkshire
Hours: 18 – 22 hours per week (flexible)

About the Role:
JGA are partnering with a leading manufacturing SME, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join their Finance team on a part-time basis.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and processing (end-to-end) payroll for 160 weekly-paid employees and 40 monthly-salaried staff using Sage Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely payroll processing on a weekly and monthly basis
Maintenance of employee payroll records
Responding to payroll queries and liaising with HR as needed
Supporting the Finance Manager and Finance Director with payroll reporting and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally using Sage Payroll
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload within flexible hours
