Part Time Payroll Officer, Harrogate, £35,000, Contract Role

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £35,000

Hours: 3 days per week

Do you have a strong payroll background? Are you looking to work part time?

Due to workload our client is looking for someone to take over the payroll function. You will be responsible for overseeing all payroll and pension functions to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.

Skills Required:

• Payroll Experience is essential
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work on your own initiative

Key Duties:

• Processing of monthly payroll
• Processing of pension
• Review, analyse and balance payroll reports
• Processing P60’s, P45’s, SSP, SMP etc
• Ensuring HMRC compliance
• Dealing with payroll queries

In return you will be offered:

This is a fixed term contract for 5 months, however, there may be an opportunity for a permanent role.
