Job Description - Part Time Position - Conveyancing Fee Earner - 2PQE - Stockton - HNW Clients

Residential Property Fee Earner – StocktonLocation: Stockton-on-Tees, Hybrid Working Available
Working Pattern: Part-Time (3–4 days per week) or Full-Time (Fixed Term)

About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join a well-established team in Stockton. The team is known for delivering exceptional service to clients across all areas of residential conveyancing.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll:

Manage a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, Buy to Let, leasehold, shared ownership, help/right to buy, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
Provide clear, proactive communication and outstanding client care throughout the transaction
Support business development by nurturing client relationships and helping to grow our client base

About You We’re looking for someone with:

At least 2 years’ experience in a fee-earning role within residential property
Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience if non-qualified)
Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions (including reviewing TP1s)
Familiarity with Land Registry and lender portals
Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
