Part Time Practice Bookkeeper

TPF Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a well-established and reputable accountancy practice located in the heart of Tenterden. Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their friendly and professional team.

• Manage bookkeeping for a variety of clients across different industries
  

• Prepare VAT returns
  

• Process sales and purchase invoices, bank reconciliations, and payments
  

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  

• Liaise with clients and colleagues to resolve queries
  

• Use of cloud-based software including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
  

• Previous experience within an accountancy practice or a similar bookkeeping role
  

• Strong working knowledge of cloud accounting software
  

• AAT qualified or qualified by experience
  

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  

• Confident communication skills and a proactive attitude
  

• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
