Part time Primary Teacher

A well-regarded two-form entry primary school in Sale, Trafford, is seeking a talented and committed Year 5 Class Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis. The position will commence after the October half term and will run until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for teaching a Year 5 class on Mondays and Tuesdays. Working closely alongside the parallel Year 5 teacher and wider staff team, they will plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, while ensuring continuity and progression throughout the week.

Strong classroom management, creativity, and a passion for supporting pupils as they prepare for upper Key Stage 2 will be key. The role also involves contributing to assessment and maintaining clear communication with colleagues and parents.
