Shift: Weekends Only - Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role:
We are currently seeking Part-Time Production Operatives to join our client's manufacturing team in Thetford. This role focuses on work in the pouching area and requires heavy lifting. Ideal for candidates with prior production or manufacturing experience, this opportunity offers regular weekend work and optional flexible shifts on weekdays (Monday to Friday) — perfect for those looking to supplement their income or balance other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment within the pouching area.
• Handle materials and products, including regular heavy lifting.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure production meets company standards.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is essential.
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Able to work well within a team and follow instructions.
