?? Salary: £45,000 per annum pro rata
?? Reporting to: Head of Event Operations

We're looking for a Part-Time Project Manager to join a dynamic team delivering creative, high-end events across the UK. From incentive trips and conferences to product launches and corporate hospitality, you’ll play a key role in bringing client visions to life.

• Responding to client briefs and crafting compelling proposals

• Researching venues, hotels, restaurants, and experiences

• Managing client and agency relationships

• Coordinating suppliers, contracts, and service delivery

• Keeping projects running smoothly from concept to completion

• Supporting marketing and new product development

• Handling event logistics and on-site coordination

• Maintaining working docs, supplier databases, and payments

• Degree-qualified with 2+ years’ experience or A-levels with 4+ years’ work experience

• Background in events, travel, or hospitality is a bonus

• Detail-driven and commercially minded

• A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills

• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• A multitasker who thrives under pressure and works well in small teams

• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to take initiative
