Job Description - Part-Time Project Manager (Fixed-Term 6 Months)

Part-Time Project Manager (Fixed-Term – 6 Months)

Salary: £35,000 (Full-Time Equivalent, pro rata)
Location: Based from our Head Office in Shrewsbury, this will include travel to our sites across Shropshire, Staffordshire, Wales and Cumbria to ensure training and implementation is carried out effectively.
Hours: 3 days per week
Start Date: ASAP

At New Reflexions, we are committed to providing safe, nurturing environments where every child matters. As a leading provider of residential care, education, and therapeutic support for children with emotional and behavioural needs, our work is built on strong relationships, consistency, and a people-first approach.

We are now looking for an experienced and personable Project Manager to support the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system across our homes and services.

About the Role

This is a short-term, high-impact role focused on delivering a successful system implementation across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with our home managers and operational teams, ensuring the rollout is smooth, well-communicated, and embedded effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system across multiple residential sites

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver key project milestones within agreed timelines

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Home Managers and operational teams

  • Provide clear, practical communication and support to colleagues in the field

  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum

  • Travel regularly to sites across the business to support implementation

About You

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within multi-site or operational environments

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively

  • A down-to-earth, approachable style – able to engage effectively with frontline teams

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, people-focused environment (not purely desk-based)

  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

  • Available to start at short notice

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Why Join Us?

At New Reflexions, we believe quality care starts with strong, supported teams. Our ethos is rooted in family values, consistency, and meaningful relationships, and this project plays a key role in supporting our colleagues across the organisation.

This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a values-driven organisation, supporting the delivery of high-quality care for young people across the UK.

How to Apply

If you’re an experienced Project Manager looking for a flexible, short-term opportunity where people skills matter as much as delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
