Part Time Receptionist

Our client, a successful organisation based in Beaconsfield, is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join their team.

The hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 1pm. The full time salary is £26,000.

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Organising lunches for business meetings
• Collect and distribute the post
• Buying food and drink for the kitchen area
• Clean coffee machine and make sure it's topped up with milk

Skills Required:

• Positive, confident, and friendly attitude
• Good spoken/written communication skills, excellent telephone manner
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good use of Microsoft office
• Be of smart appearance
