Location: SK3

12.30pm - 4.30pm - Monday Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays

Temporary ongoing as required with view to permanent role after qualifying period

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our client's team where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour, making them feel valued and comfortable

• Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual

• Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the organisation

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-of-house role

• Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming and approachable attitude

• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
