The Client:

A successful investment firm are looking for a hardworking and personable part time Receptionist, to work across front of house and hospitality.

The Part time Receptionist Role

• This part-time role would require a late morning start to cover the lunch shift as well as the busy afternoon period.
• Greeting internal and external stakeholders whilst acting as the face of the company.
• Screening phone calls and diverting as necessary.
• Preparing and coordinating meeting rooms.
• Stocking the office and kitchen with supplies.
• Hospitality element such as coordination of catering and liaising with vendors.
• Booking and managing couriers.
• A high level of initiative and flexibility is essential.

The Details

• Initially a temporary role, becoming permanent in likely 2-3 months, starting in April/May time.
• Fully office-based role, located in the West End.
• Standard hours are 9-5:30.
