Part time Receptionist/ Personal Assistant needed to join this boutique company based in Victoria. Joining a well respected and forward thinking firm, you will be a valued part of the close knit team and work alongside a Senior Receptionist to cover the busiest part of the day. The hours will be 11am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. This opportunity is ideal for a well presented and charming individual who would like to develop their PA or office coordination skills in a professional environment. You must be personable, confident and adaptable with a professional and a proactive attitude. Based in beautiful heritage listed offices, this role involves some front of house duties plus varied and involved admin and PA support . You must be immaculately presented, a brilliant communicator and someone who takes pride in their work.
