Part-time Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist (Job Share)
Location: Deeside
Contract Duration: July - October 2025
Working Hours: Part Time
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a temporary role in a dynamic environment? Join our client's team as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face of their Head Office!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with a warm smile and manage front desk operations
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the right departments
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide general administrative support
• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area

What We're Looking For:

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A smart dress code, with the perk of Dress-down Fridays!
• A friendly, professional demeanour and strong organisational skills

Working Pattern:

• Week 1: Thursday & Friday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
• Enjoy 7 days off (including the weekend) before the cycle repeats
