Part-Time Receptionist – Warwick – Support Functions

Part-time Role – Monday – Friday – 8.00am – 1.00pm

As a Front of House Assistant based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for all employees and visitors, including clients and suppliers  
• Answering the phones and transferring calls to the appropriate department
• Reaching out to employees within the business to let them know their visitors have arrived
• Managing the facilities inbox, responding and forwarding emails where appropriate
• Oversight of the car park booking system

This is a part-time, permanent role working 20 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 1.00pm

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Strong communication skills with staff and visitors. To be approachable and friendly
• An understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
• A basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• To be confident managing the parking booking system
