Part Time Receptionist

Kinetic are recruiting a Part Time Receptionist to join a Heywood based business.

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity working Wednesday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility to cover holidays where required.

The role:
* Welcoming clients and visitors
* Answering calls, taking messages and transferring calls
* Copying and distributing client identification and legal documents
* Receiving, date-stamping and distributing incoming post
* Preparing outgoing post, including recorded deliveries
* Scanning and saving correspondence to client files
* Photocopying and printing documents
* Taking client payments by card and issuing receipts
* Providing reception cover during holidays

Requirements:
* Previous reception or administrative experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using computer systems
* Professional manner and ability to handle confidential information
* Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team
* Legal office experience would be advantageous

Pay and Benefits:
* Permanent job
* £12.71 per hour
* Part-time hours Wednesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
* Additional holiday cover may be required
