Job Description - Part-time Receptionist, Tech Investment firm

Looking for a flexible, fun, and vibrant role that fits perfectly if you are an actor, studying, focusing on a side hustle, or creative projects? This could be just what you’re looking for!

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, super-organised Part-Time Receptionist to join a dynamic tech investment firm. You’ll be working 20 hours a week (Monday to Thursday, 4pm–9pm) — ideal for anyone wanting a steady role.

Ideally, with you have experience as Receptionist in a fast paced environment where first class customer service has to be given.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Being the warm, welcoming face of the office — first impressions count, and you’ll totally nail it!
Supporting the team with exciting tech events and VIP gatherings
Keeping the office stocked and running like clockwork
Liaising with suppliers and handling logistics with flair

Requirements:

Super flexible, part-time hours (hello, work-life balance!)
Get a behind-the-scenes look at major tech events
Join a fast-paced, friendly environment where no two days are the same
Great opportunity to build admin and events experience
