Portsmouth
8:30am – 1:00pm

Are you looking for a part-time role that offers a friendly and supportive working environment? We are seeking a welcoming and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join a busy office on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, or anyone interested in gaining valuable office experience while balancing other commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service at reception
Answering phone calls and responding to general enquiries
Organise meeting rooms and keeping the office tidy and presentable
Supporting the team with general admin tasks such as filing
Assisting with other ad hoc duties to keep the office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and confident communicator with a professional attitude
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
