What we can offer you:

• Attractive starting salary £25,400* per annum. *This will be pro-rata for part time working.

Who are we looking for?

As Recon Service Engineer, you'll work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best in class retail experiences. You will contribute to the service lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide seamless customer experiences, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.
In your role, you'll be responsible for reconditioning pre-used retail displays. From the point a unit is received into our warehouse, you'll take responsibility for the full reconditioning journey, ensuring each item is ready to dispatch as 'nearly new'. 

What you’ll do:

• Understand, develop and own the Reconditioning Processes end to end. 
• Identify any faults on each unit, fixing and replacing parts as appropriate. 
• Ensure accurate inventory of reconditioned units is kept, maintained and uploaded to Mintsoft. 
• Ensure stock inventory remains accurate and all individual elements are processed through Mintsoft. 
• Work alongside the projects team to ensure reconditioned units are available according to moving schedule. 
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Standards, ensuring compliance with processes and completion of mandatory training. 
• Manage all systems required for the inventory of Recon Units; Mintsoft , Zoho, Team Haven 
• Communicate the inventory status, milestones and risks and issues to the Field Operations Manager / Project Manager 
•Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally
•Acting as an ambassador for and proactively promoting the business

What you’ll need:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)


• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable but not essential
