Part-Time Recruitment Support (Flexible Hours – Remote)
Casual contract – Approx. 5–10 hours per week
NMW to £12.50 per hour
Remote, based in the Leeds / York area

Are you looking to build your experience in recruitment and develop your commercial knowledge in a flexible, part-time role?

We’re looking for someone to support us at Key Appointments with CV screening and candidate sourcing.

Whether you’re a HR student or Business Studies student wanting hands-on exposure, or someone with previous recruitment experience seeking flexible hours, we’d love to hear from you.


What you’ll be doing:

• Screening CVs daily on behalf of our clients
• Conducting CV searches using online databases and job boards
• Identifying suitable candidates for a variety of roles
• Updating applications using our Recruitment Tracking System

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and good written communication
• Confident IT skills and ability to use online tools
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage your own time
• Based in the Leeds / York area (remote role, but occasional in-person meetings required)
• An interest in recruitment and a desire to grow your commercial awareness

The Details:

• Minimum-hours contract (5 hours guaranteed)
• Approx. 1–2 hours per day (5–10 hours per week), with potential for more during busy periods
• Work can be completed weekdays or weekends – flexible around your schedule
• Full training provided
