Job Description - Part Time Sales Administrator

Car Industry Fast Moving Part Time Sales Administrator - 30 hours a week - required for a fantastic car dealership team with a Great Brand

As a Sales Administrator, your role is key as you work behind the scenes supporting the Sales Team to achieve an Incredible Customer Experience. A Sales Administrator prepares all relevant documentation for an efficient handover of the vehicle to the customer. A Sales Administrator is able to thrive under pressure, have a professional manner and be a team player.

Role Requirements

  • To be a success in this role, you will have:
  • Strong Admin Stills with some Invoicing Experience
  • Self-motivation and highly organised
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to work under pressure

Your Responsibilities (Training can be given)

  • You will document all sales, ordering and processing of vehicle sales
  • Invoicing vehicles to end-users and internally between dealerships
  • Deal effectively with customers and subcontractors requests
  • Ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover
  • Assisting the sales team in processing a vehicle through the whole sales process
  • Liaising with the brand regarding vehicle specification and ordering stock
  • Ensuring that all Government procedures with regards to vehicle taxing are adhered to.

Monday to Friday, some flexibility on early start and end times.

£28,000 Pro Rata - Depending on Experience, plus excellent Big Company Benefits.

Only 30 hours a week, over 5 days a week(maybe 4 with one day mid week) full time hours are 40 a week,
