Part Time School Business Manager

My client is a well-respected school based in North London. Reporting directly to the Headmaster, an experienced School Business Manager is required to lead on the school’s finance and support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial management of the school, including budget planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage all aspects of the school's administrative and support functions, ensuring smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead and manage a small team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as required.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the school's operations.
• Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Oversee the management of the school's premises and facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in education finance and management and apply best practices to enhance the school's performance.

This role is a 4 days a week position and term time.
