Part Time Security at Sheffield

Britsafe is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to join our team, working weekends in a busy gatehouse at a factory site. This role involves managing vehicle access, conducting regular patrols, and being the first point of contact for all site visitors, deliveries, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking vehicles in and out of the site

• Monitoring and controlling access at the gatehouse

• Performing routine patrols of the premises

• Recording vehicle movements using computer systems

• Communicating professionally with contractors and delivery drivers

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guard or Door Supervisor)

• Prior experience in a security role, ideally in a gatehouse or industrial setting

• Basic computer literacy to record vehicle movements accurately

• Fluent spoken and written English, as clear communication is essential

• Punctual, reliable, and professional with a strong work ethic
