Part-time Semi Senior to Senior Accountant

We are working with a local firm of Accountants who are seeking to hire an experienced Accountant to join their small friendly team. They require someone to work largely on accounts production for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies as well as personal and business tax calculations and answering client queries.

Payroll experience is not a necessity, just a bonus.

The role is part-time, ideally around 21 hours per week, but this could be flexible for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Production of accounts for sole traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies
• Production of the business tax calculations and personal tax returns
• Possibly completing some VAT/Bookkeeping
• Assisting clients with queries on their accounting software
