Part Time SEND Teacher needed

SEN Teacher - Wythenshawe- Part time:

A Primary school in wythensawe are looking for a part-time teacher to work with student in year 3. The ideal candidate will hold a Qualified Teacher Status and have previous experience teaching in a SEN provision or with SEND students.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver individualised lessons to aid student progression
• Deliver a wide range of curriculum to different ages
• Work alongside other staff and external agencies to create a cohesive team of support
• The student has been out of school for 1 year and is being reintroduced on a part time time table.

• Location: Wythenshawe
• Position: SEN Teacher
• Type of Work: Temporary
• Full-Time/Part-Time: Part time (2 hours five days a week)
• Start date: Sep 2025
• End date: Long-Term, Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

• Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
• Qualified Teacher Status
• Previous experience teaching students with complex needs

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
